The staff at Istasyon Hotel were helpful and kind. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist named Oybek who made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The young lady Zayneb who served us delicious breakfast always had a smile on her face and made us feel welcome in the dining room. The hotel is also in a great location, close to popular attractions such as the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to all major attractions in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to many beautiful places and attractions. Plus, the room had a lovely sea view which added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and cute, always offering us Turkish tea when we returned from our outings.
One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of storage space in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to have a shelf or cabinet to place our toiletries or clothes.

Great location in the heart of the old city, close to tram stations. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was excellent and made us feel at home. Special thanks to Samim and Samir for their exceptional service. Highly recommended for families with children.

This place is incredibly convenient as it is close to many attractions and everything is within walking distance or just a tram ride away. The service here is fantastic with room service available, as well as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and shuttle services. The amenities in the room are impressive with a wide range of facilities such as an iron, air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, a terrace, an in-room safe. The staff at this venue is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything you need. The garden area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for luxurious and comfortable accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and is very close to popular tourist attractions. The tram is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and stylish, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests have mentioned enjoying the delicious breakfast, and some have even received free tea and coffee delivered to their room. The hotel also offers a spacious family suite and a terrace with a nice view of the city and Bosphorus.
Some guests have mentioned that communication with the management before the trip was not satisfactory.
